Competition Rules

  1. Eligibility: Entrants must be current members of the Myotherapy Association Australia (MA) to participate in the competition. Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Purifas, individuals involved in the production or distribution of Purifas products, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  2. Submission requirements:
    • Participants must upload a product review via this page on the Purifas website.
    • The review can be in text form, accompanied by photos, or presented as a video.
    • The review must include a personal evaluation of Purifas products.
  3. Content guidelines:
    • Entries must be original and created by the participant.
    • Entries should not contain any offensive or inappropriate content.
  4. Winner selection: There will be only one winner. The winner will be determined by Purifas. Purifas reserves the right to select the winner based on the quality and creativity of the post. Purifas’ decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. Prize: The winner will receive an AUD$250 Visa gift card. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. Competition period: The competition will run from ?? to ??. Only product reviews uploaded during this period will be considered.
  7. Notification: The winner will be announced on ??date and notified via the email address provided with their competition entry.
  8. Privacy: By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their name, company name, and competition entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  9. Ownership and usage rights: By entering the competition, participants agree that all creative content submitted (the product review) becomes the property of Purifas. Purifas retains all rights to the creative content and may use, reproduce, edit, display, distribute, and publish the content in any form, medium, or manner, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice to the participant.
