Our Dream Topper comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Dream Topper repaired or replaced if the Dream Topper fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Only customers who use Purifas BodyShield (secured using our sticky strips)* as standard for all treatments will attract our extended warranty.
Our extended warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase of the Dream Topper.
Our extended warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Purifas Dream Topper.
To obtain the benefit of this warranty, notify Purifas via email that you will be returning your Dream Topper and explain the reason(s) why. Then, simply return the Dream Topper to us at PO Box CP370, Condell Park, NSW 2200.
Upon receipt of your Dream Topper, Purifas will conduct an internal review to confirm there's a manufacturing issue. If confirmed, Purifas will send you a replacement Dream Topper.
Note: This warranty does not assume the cost or risk of loss associated with returning the Dream Topper to Purifas.
No Purifas distributor, agent or employee is authorised to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.
If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. This warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the Purifas Dream Topper purchase took place.
Purifas or its successor in title is the warrantor under this warranty.
